- 4 melocotones
- ¼ litro de agua
- 6 cucharadas de jarabe de fresa casero
- ½ zumo de limón
- 2 g de agar-agar
- hojas de menta (decoración)
1. Hervir los melocotones, pelarlos, quitar el grano y cortarlos en pedazos
2. Ponga los melocotones en una cacerola con el agua, el jarabe de fresa, el jugo de limón. Llevar a ebullición por unos 5 minutos.
3. Agregue el agar-agar y cocine a fuego lento durante 5 minutos.
4. Organizar en tazas y enfriar durante aproximadamente dos horas.
